Getting Started
A comprehensive onboarding consultation for new and returning athletes designed to establish clear direction, assess current performance, and build an effective coaching pathway aligned with your goals.
This 30-minute virtual consultation is the starting point for all training and coaching offerings, and provides an opportunity to discuss your climbing background, training history, current strengths and limitations, injury history, performance goals, lifestyle factors, and previous coaching or programming experience.
For returning clients, the consultation also provides an opportunity to review previous progress, reassess goals, address any changes in performance or circumstances, and refine your coaching approach moving forward.
The initial consultation forms the foundation for all coaching services, ensuring your training, programming, and performance strategy are tailored specifically to your needs, experience level, and long-term development.
Personalised Programs
Our personalised programs are our flagship offering, and go far beyond just a training plan.
Each program runs via a subscription model across 4-week blocks, with each block including:
Individualised online climbing + conditioning program (delivered via Sequence)
A 1-hour program consultation
A 30-minute check-in consultation
Messaging support between check-ins
Program adjustments as needed
Video review/technical feedback (within reason)
There are both monthly and fortnightly subscription options available, with a minimum of a 3-month commitment.
When scheduling a program, you will be asked to complete a detailed program questionnaire. You can then book a virtual consultation where we'll discuss where you're currently at with your climbing, set clear outcomes and goals for the upcoming block, and map out the best pathway forward.
After the consultation, you'll receive your tailored program, which includes structured climbing sessions, strength and conditioning work, technical practice, and any relevant mental and tactical materials.
